4. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $46 within the U.S., except for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, which may be subject to additional charges.
5. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
- We ship to P.O. Boxes via HUUPA LLC., but only with Standard Shipping.
- For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, delivery times may be longer depending on military postal service policies.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number provided. If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact our support team at coffeesupport@huupacoffee.com within 3 days.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at coffeesupport@huupacoffee.com within 3 days with photos of the package and items received, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
