HUUPA® Specialty is our limited-edition line of specialty coffee.

These coffees are released only once and produced in very small quantities. They’re crafted from beans grown under unique conditions and processes, in micro- and nano-lots (small-batch productions), by master coffee growers recognized both nationally and internationally. The beans from these producers are handled with a highly personal approach—experimenting with every variable, like modern-day alchemists—while honoring and protecting nature at every stage, from cultivation to harvest. They are then carefully transported to our roastery in Hermosillo, Sonora, where they are slow-roasted over mesquite wood, with patience and craftsmanship.
